Our mission is to advance soccer within the community, promote a healthy lifestyle and help foster the culture of soccer in the Southwestern Ontario area. We do this through year-round soccer related programming that assists participants in reaching their potential. We administer sanctioned Indoor & Outdoor Soccer Leagues, Recreational Co-Ed Soccer Leagues and our one of a kind X-Factor Soccer Fitness program for beginner and intermediate rec players.

To Provide an opportunity for any person to play organized soccer at recreational and competitive levels and to assist participants in reaching their potential through the provisions of programs for developing players, coaches, referees and administrators in the province of Ontario.

The Ontario Soccer Association was founded in 1901 and is the largest provincial Sport organization in Canada with over 900 Clubs servicing some 24,000 Teams with 500,000 registered Players, 70,000 Coaches and Managers, 10,000 Referees and countless Volunteers, Parents and Supporters comprising a direct, multi-cultural community reach of over 1,000,000 citizens.

The TNSL is a Men’s Recreational Soccer League that operates in the Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge areas. The TNSL was inaugurated in 1996 with 4 teams and quickly expanded to 12 teams. The league runs from May to September.

With over 40 teams of male and female competitors, we are the newest and most exciting way to meet new people and stay fit in the Tri-City area. We offer a variety of co-ed sports for active and social-minded adults, whatever level of player you are.

I love taking pictures as it enables me to capture and share with others the fleeting moments of our daily lives. So, if looking at my pictures made you stop, just for a moment, to take another look at the world around you, drop me a line. My artistic interests tend toward landscape, street photography, and sports/action photography. When it comes to sports, I enjoy shooting the games my kids love to play including football, hockey and the Beautiful Game (aka soccer). Most recently, I have started dabbling in HDR photography.
